question How do you use "in title" on Google?

Hey guys.
It was explained to me once that it's not enough to just Google your domain's keyword or keywords or have them in quotes.

To show real value you need to do an "in title" search.

I was told how to do it but now I can't find it.

So which do I input below into Google

in title: Fried Chicken (space after "in title
in title:Fried Chicken (no space)
in title:FriedChicken (no space but the keywords are together)
in title:"Fried Chicken" (in quotes?)
in title:"FriedChicken"
in title: "Fried Chicken"

Which out of the above would produce the most useful info to sell a domain?

Plus while we're at it. What other useful metrics do you use to "sell" a domain? besides the usual suspects like

Backlinks
Monthly Searches on Google?

What about social media data? like how many people mention "Fried Chicken" on Instagram, Yelp, Facebook, Twitter etc, etc.

Would this info make a domain more desirable to a domainer?
