Sales email - Best Title

When it comes to the email title, I was just wondering what people have had the most success with.

Should you put the domain name in the title...or should I just use the keywords. Do you put the words "for sale" in your title, or will that send it directly to spam.

I have varying success with a few different titles but I can't figure out which way is more successfull.

I put there domain name in the subject field when contacting there whois email - it gets there attention!! been doing that since 98 and it seems to work.
