How do You check other registered extensions?

Hello!

Hope You all are making massive gains.

Simple question: How do You check if & how many other registered extensions there are to the domain You intend to buy?

Expireddomains.net - has "Reg" but on top of that I do not know any other services myself. This doesn't work for domains that hasn't dropped.
