My domain name SME.COM registered at enomcentral.com got stolen. The expiration date was 10/23/2017 and today I just checked and found that it has been stolen and moved to 1and1.

What should I do now? Please help ASAP. I have hundred of domain names with enom for over 10 years and never got stolen before.

    CALL ENOM!

There is no point to delay a call to them at this moment.

Thanks. This shouldn't happen. Anyone else has the same issue with enom?

transfer away from enom... for what you have left.
there are registrars where we never hear about domain theft.
enom is one we hear about a lot.

as for stolen one, there are people on np with experience recovering. somoene will tag their names. gl.

    p.s. whois shows name.com no?

Thanks for all the info. The domain was with eNom for over 10 years. The last I checked was 4 days ago and it's still there.

like I Said.. enom often comes up in stolen domains

move yhour stuff to another place.. there are few options out there.. where we hear of theft less often.. and where someone does pickup when you call with an issue.

    all the best

p.s. I thnk the whois info linked to above is now showing name.com .. could it be?

Thank you. I have to fix this issue first. It's the most valuable domain name I have.

Thank you. My email and stuff never got hijacked. So it's very obvious someone is doing something there.

    My opinion:
RIGHT DIRECT TO ICANN/OPEN A LETTER SECTION COMPLAIN
IT'S VERY EFFICIENT. THEY HAVE A SECTION FOR THIS KIND OF PROBLEMS, UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFER ETC..
