Help - How To Change Email In GoDaddy ?

We registered some domains in GoDaddy - but we can not login to the email with which we registered at GoDaddy - so we need to change the email of all the domain names we registered - we also need to change the email of the GoDaddy account itself as that too was registered with that email address - please tell us how to change email of every domains registered at GoDaddy and the email of the GoDaddy account itself.
