advice How to Create a professional Email account on my Domain?

Hello NamePro members,

In the last few days, I've been trying to Create a professional Email on my Domain, and I did that on my Hostgator cPanel however the domain is registered with Godaddy and parked at Efty, so the email sends emails but could not receive any.
I asked Hostgator what's the problem they said I have to change the MX record on my domain setting with Godaddy, went to my account at Godaddy and they're showing me this message
"We can't display your DNS information because your nameservers aren't managed by us."
so unless I move the domain name servers from Efty to Godaddy I can't make my email work??
is there anything to do as I don't want to change DNS at the moment??
please help.

MX changes is part of DNS modifications. It make sense if Godaddy ask you to change your Nameserver to theirs if you want to modify your MX.
