I had a few times when I thought I had (hand) registered very profitable domain name but after a few days realized "rubbish domain".

Have you ever felt like this?

Yes, that's why I use a registrar that allows me to delete for credit. Gives me 5 days to really think about it. :D

Happens to me a lot. I end up contacting GoDaddy support a lot it seems for refunds. :D

Do it IDNer style. Verify it will Google and then copy and paste. I NEVER type-in to register.

And I have never asked for a refund, but I have dropped shed loads. Sometimes it takes a lot longer than 5 days to sort the wheat from the chaff.

Of course not.
About a year ago I lost it on cheap one word infos. Started thinking that I could have any info I wanted. Only a buck? No worries.

Fast forward to renewal time. There are very few worth renewing. Parting is such sweet expensive sorrow.

Some of the names that get dropped are down right embarrassing -- at least I'd be embarrassed to be associated with those names.

I did the same mistake of regging both Oppurtunities.in and oppurtunities.co.in... Finally found out that it is typo
