OK,

I would assume I am not the only one who has done this.

I have had a domain in my mind/notebook for over a year or so...
Everytime I go for renewals, or a new reg, I am sooo close to regging it,
but decide against it...mostly due to my large collection of unmanaged domains.

THEN,
You see a KILLER sale on a domain very relative, very similar.
That sale was HUGE, and you are thinking,
Damn, I have to reg that domain now, because it IS as valuable as I thought.

I'm itching right now to finally reg this domain, as I have just read a sales report on a similar domain that did "much" better than I ever thought it would have.

So...have you ever???

Everytime i go for a registration, i feel like "oh, should i really reg ?" lol

In my experience -- and this is only if it's a one time thing or very infrequent occurence, buy the name if you'll regret having not registered it if someone else does. I know I have a few woulda coulda shouldas in the past.
