advice GoDaddy domain cancellation - No refund

Recently I cancelled two domains on godaddy within the time line ( 48 hrs ) from registration
I called up their call center for refund after 4 days.. and unfortunately they told refund is not possible because "I didn't call them on time"

I felt it is ridiculous, as I was traveling, I couldn't call them due to my busy schedules.

Does this happen to anyone at godaddy, just because of not calling them up on time, they won't refund ??
Do we have any @GoDaddy staff who can answer this ?

As far as I know.....

if you cancelled within the 48hour window, it shouldn't matter that you only called them after 4 days....

Thanks for the feedback, Yes I did cancel it within the 48 hour window, But the tech support guys says he has no option enabled to refund the amount in the tool ridiculous

I want to write a mail to that. [email protected] doesn't seem to help. Does anyone know whom to contact ?
