How to cancel a GoDaddy domain and get a refund?

Hi, I've just registered a domain name but I've noticed that it was a typo.
I've tried to send an email to [email protected] and I couldn't find their live chat and ticket support.

I'm not interested to use a service if the company only offer Phone call support. We are in 2014..

I know that there's few members that has asked a refund from godaddy and I would like to know how they made it.

You can delete/cancel a domain right in your control panel where you see your list of domains. It should be under "More" options. However, I don't know for sure if this enables you with a refund.

I would suggest using the online chat option. A chat interface generally pops up when you log in and access the home page. Worth a try.

They have live chat support during daytime business hours in the US, they should be able to provide you a refund through there.
