management, today announced FREE upgrades to its value- and feature-packed hosting plans.

Disk space, bandwidth, email accounts and MySQL databases have all
increased, in some cases by as much as 900%. This aggressive move comes as GoDaddy(R) also drops domain registration prices to the special sale price of $6.95/year.

I don't know but you must admit that the hosting accounts are very attractive. Also, you'll never have to worry about your host running on you since they have a reputation to maintain.

It depends on how big a site you have, traffic and database issues. If bandwidth isnt a bottleneck, performance might very well become one. Imagine a busy forum, with 1000s of SQL queries every minute. I dont know whether a $3.95 hosting can be dependable in such cases.... but one never knows...
