.tv Geo Domains of Smaller Countries..

I've found some geo domains of major cities in smaller, poorer countries available to reg
A couple of them are the capital cities, but the countries are small and not that well known (ok, they aren't exactly Tuvalu or Nieu, but a bit more known). The OVT doesnt go over 4k for most of them.
Are they still good choices to register?

Google the cities for pictures and then judge yourself if the reg is worth it. Also check if it is a travel destination.

For example, I live in Kenya and that country is considered poor (it actually is, but no hunger or things like that), but Nairobi is a world class major city which lots of industries and business and even Mombasa is a major travel destination with a large harbour.

Be wary also of the possibility that the names of even major cities may change with political changes. A number of cities in India and China have reverted from their western names to more traditional ones.

Also consider: Is it a travel destination? Does it have an upper and/or middle class with computers (presumably w/disposable income? Does this group have highspeed (a need for streaming video)? How large is this class?
