.mobi Finally, Tube.mobi sold for $10,000

Just received the notice from Snapnames, they have received & secured the payment from the buyer, and the domain Tube.mobi has been transfered to it's new owner. :sold:

To be honest, I am not very excited with this price since there was only one bid on the name during snapname live auction, however the domain has previously received several offers close to this range includes a reputed company. I believe Tube.mobi is one of the best .mobi domain to mobile tv industry and it has great potential after years.

Anyway, I can use these $$$$ to invest in other domains now.

It is still hard to say .mobi works or not as a domain extension, but as a investor, .mobi has brought $30k+ revenue to me since Landrush period. I can see this extension's great success from the view of domain name investment!
