why are people who order content and don't pay for it not banned? Expensive for me.

I saw your post for the $10. I am intrested in this, and I have hosting with cpanel...im guessing it has fantastico.
Would the site be easy for me to update? I want to have a film news/review site.

My 2 questions:
easy to add "programs" to have ads on it?
what exactly are aticles, just the info I write or is there more to it.
