i bought a domain name from my next door neighbor!

I have done lots of domain purchases and sales from people all around the world. China, Germany, England, Canada, US.. etc.. but i just made one purchase that was really kinda coincidental.
I have had my eye on a fairly generic nondescript domain name for a while now so i contacted him thru whois which did not give a true address. After a few emails we chatted on the phone. Turns out he lives in San Francisco as well. and in the same district.. then the same street.. he lives 2 doors down from me in a small neighborhood where everyone knows everyone else.
As it turns out we have met many times at neighborhood parties and seen each other in the driveways.
LOL
small world afterall huh?

It is indeed a small world after all.

I haven't bought/sold domains from anyone that I know in person.

I never had that type of experience
But I put a bid in to do a programming job on a Freelance job
and then after getting found out it was for someone in my town
who had told me he could get someone do do his website
cheaper on the internet after I had quoted him a good price.
BTW the price he posted and I got was 100$ more than my original Quote.

Lol, what a coincidence! Domain transactions would be much easier if the person you have to deal with live near to you hehe :D

That's a really HUGE coincidence to be specific. What are the odds of buying from a neighbour on the Internet?! :)
