I have been emailing EuroDNS for over a week becuase they have messed up the refunds, and they haven't replied to a single email.

I pre-registered around 29 .eu domains, however they failed all but 2!

so they owe me a refund for 27 domains.
However they have only credited the eurodns account 231 euros, which is around half the amount they owe me,

What can I do?
I would contact my credit card company but I made the mistake of registering other domains .eu domains when it went live, so if my credit card comapny suspends the money they will suspend my account with my domains,

What can I do?

Also I have just seen if I want to get my 231 euros refunds they will take a 5% charge which the person on the phone didn't tell me when I clearly asked him.

they have put on the credit page:
Please note that your request for refund is subject to an administrative fee representing 5% of the total amount to be refunded. Per our Terms & Conditions a minimum of 10€ will be charged, whatever the amount. For further information, please see the following page: Financial information.

Thanks

Is there a possibility that you paid the new domains (after the landrush) through your credit to your account and not through credit card?

That would explain the difference. As for the 5% it was written in their tco.

I have checked my credit card and they have charged my credit card for the domains I bought after the landrush

I asked the person I spoke to on the phone if I would be fully refunded and if there would be any charges and he told me there would not be any. (very misleading)
