EuroDNS problem

I tried to register a .asia name at eurodns when the "Go Live" just opened,
I had submitted the order, but eurodns didn't get it for me in real time, and the domain name was registered by someone else at moniker few minutes later. I am sure it was available when I submitted my order because I had checked it several times in many other registars after my registration at eurodns, It's very frustrating for me...

Will they refund me?

As in the other thread, here's the e-mail I finally got from EuroDNS support:

Dear Customer,

"Ready for submission" means that there is a problem with your domain and we must check

it. In 90 % is the domain already taken.

Unfortunately must i tell you that some of your domains are already taken.
