Hi All,

I am just starting this thread not freak out my anguish on EuroDns but to let Everyone out there to be aware.

Recently I came accross about EuroDns here at Namepros and wanted to give a try.

Through their domain search I came across many keywords available in many europian CcTlds. I made purchase for video.lu

After that i got mail confirming my payment, but saying that registration is not yet complete and may take time.

After that i waited for 2 days, and dint get any update, later on after a my continuous mails, i got a mail saying that "video" is a keyword reserved by the registrar.

Then i had to make some more mails asking about the money they took from my credit card to be returned.

They keep saying to check "Credit account" option for returns. But when i login and check credit account option i dont see anything else other than the following:

-------------
You currently do not have operations concerning your prepayments.
-------------

Still I am waiting for the refund. Or atleast information that they will credit back to my credit card or to my account or anything. They just reply me to check in "credit account". They may return in future, but is it worth the time that i spent?

I am just letting you guys know before placing a order at eurodns. Buy only if a long distance call is worth the money. Their customer support is idiotic. they reply by just cut/paste answers.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

I have one name registered with them, didn't have any problems.
But in your case... yeah kinda bad customer service, good luck on getting a refund.

This is one of the reasons I am hesitant to register .fr and .es names there with the coupon codes.

I had a similar experience. After 1 month of email exchanging with their support, I got a refund. Actually I will get one in 30 days. And they will take down 10 euro from that amount I paid to register a domain they failed to register.
