Eurodns Billing/DNS Nightmares

I have been having a ton of problems with eurodns. Sometime back they double charged me by registering the same domain twice for me. They later gave me an account credit instead of refunding the wrongly charged amount to my credit card. So it's like I had to use the credit to buy their domains or else just lose the cash even though it was their mistake in the first place. I let that event pass off, but 2 days back they sprang up an even better surprise.

I had applied to register a .ro domain for 56 Euros and was charged $87.27 to my mastercard. I initially saw the domain appear in the pending transactions list and then just completely disappeared. My support queries have yet to be answered by their disgustingly slow support team. I got a purchase confirmation email from them and then nothing else after that.

Trying to change nameservers is an even bigger nightmare with them. Especially for the .pl names. Each time, they pop up messages like "nameservers cannot be queried for SOA". Its a joke to be unable to change nameservers. My parking companies insisted that their nameservers were configured right, yet Eurodns keeps sending me one line support messages mentioning that "ask your host to configure their NS".

I tried changing nameservers for one .pl name and the transaction has been pending for 4 weeks. So much that I cannot even stop the nameserver change and reset it to the default. I keep writing to them to stop the nameserver change and set it back to the eurodns default, but these guys send me some standard mail in broken English mentioning something totally different. I wish I knew some German/Dutch to explain to these guys what I want them to do.

Is there a US number for Eurodns for me to get across my problems in English? I've been trying hard to find their US contact number on their new Version 2 site, which has even worse navigation than earlier. Has anyone else had such issues with Eurodns? I will be moving out all my domains to different registrars. Can I dispute my master card charge? Or wait for Eurodns to take its own sweet time to let me know why my domain order has disappeared?

I thought having 1and1.com as my first registrar was the worst mistake of my domaining life but now it seems Eurodns is even worse for eu domains.

So far I have yet to encounter such problem but I would suggest u to dispute your master card charges before anything bad happens. Better still, check with their support first.
