Attempting to call enom is oftentimes a true nuisance.
The estimated wait time to talk to someone is mostly in excess of the 15 minute marker. Within minutes the system prompts you for a mailbox code, should fail to supply one or supply the wrong one, the system hangs up on you. You call back and re-enter the queue just where you started.
Upon talking to an enom rep, i received this code to use when the system is prompting me for a mailbox code.
This code returns you to the queue without getting hung up on. This should save you some frustration and definitely save some time.
