i've been locked out of my account at enom for two weeks now, went through all the processes of starting a ticket, replying to the ticket with my code sent by them in a separate email etc and the only response i've ever received from them (at least 3 times now) is "please reply to this email with the code we have previously sent you. if we do not hear back from you in 7 days we'll consider this matter closed"
this morning i got another email from them saying that it was closed, even though i've replied to them with code at least ten times to get this sorted out.
