is Enom the worst, or has anyone else taken customer service to a new low?
i've been locked out of my account at enom for two weeks now, went through all the processes of starting a ticket, replying to the ticket with my code sent by them in a separate email etc and the only response i've ever received from them (at least 3 times now) is "please reply to this email...- joethrows
