I have several domain name at ENOM and their CS support was great in the past, by after acquistion by a new company their CS support sucks big time. In the past, if i email a question they would answer back within 24 hrs.
I want to transfer a domain name to other registra and for some reason enom has listed wrong EPP code in my account (This has happen to me in the past and they always email me correct code after i complain).
Open a support ticket on 16th no reply yet....
so called them on thursday on hold for more 1 hour on 10 cent a min cost me more than $6. CS inform me somebody would call or email me and give me correct EPP code. No call yet!!!! I am done with ENOM no more registration their.
