Does any one aware of this ?
I was able to register some Chinese IDN .tv on Enom one month ago.
But keep getting invalid domain error since 3 weeks ago.
The same name registration was done successfully on Dynadot yesterday.

Enom staff told me that they never officially support IDN.tv registration. :alien:

Any suggestion ?

I have always used idotz.net for my IDN.tv domains.

I remember someone mentioned a few weeks ago that when trying to purchase an IDN.tv with Enom, you should enter the punycode into the search to check for the availability.

Thanks, Alex.

Actually, that was exactly what I did before on Enom. However, punycode didn't work on it any more for tv.

It's pity that Enom has lower renewal fee $24.95 than idotz and dynadot's.
Any idea, what's the cheapest rate for IDN.tv registration ?

I think idotz is about $30 or so.

It pisses me off that we have to pay so much more for IDN.tv rather than ASCII.tv - this is a clear case of IDNism !!

If Enom.tv doesn't support IDNs anymore what about the people that have already regged IDNs with them via entering the punycode?

I´ve registered IDN .TV at Enom.TV since march 07 as far as I know.

What has to be taken in consideration is that when you type the domain they recognise with a different punycode, not the "xn--" BE CAREFUL!

I don´t know if this is a bug or ..... but get the right punycode somewhere else for the keyword and then try to register it at Enom.TV

You´ll have no problem.

What I did before was go to Dynadot & input the IDN there then use the punycode that they gave to reg it @ Enom.tv

Enom staff told me I can still renewal my idn.tv as long as I can find them in my Enom domain list. Didn't have a chance to verify it yet.

I did this before as well. However, it's didn't work out since 3 weeks ago.

Could you please provide more detail ?

BTW, dose any register IDN.tv successfully on Enom after Apr 15 ?

Rep added, thanks for your input.
