Hello , I sent an outbound email to about 20 end users yesterday night.

Most of them have viewed the email once or twice in the past 24 hours but no one responded.

My domain is a 130k (Usa) populated city+ realtor.Com.

Should I follow them back?

Realtor is a trademarked term.
I didn't know about that but I can see many sales on namebio for thousands.I previously sold one realtor domain for 400$ to a realtor(enduser)

How do you know if someone opened your mails? I'm sorry, I'm new at this

You can use Gmail plugin called "Sidekick".
Also MailChip tracks your emails.

Careful with those stats. Those email tracking stats could be wrong. I don't use them-but tested it with another email address of mine just to see how it works.

It showed that the email was viewed-when in fact I had not. In my case, the email server would've been the viewer. Strange, but a reality.

Sidekick is fairly reliable. Also Streak. Check the articles I wrote about them on the blog.

First of all, the domain can get you in trouble as James said.

But if it would have been another case, I would send a follow up after a couple of days if the email was opened a few times, it worked a few times.

@NPer that happened to me too in the begining, it happened because I opened the email in my sent folder. No idea really why but just for a few times ,now it is working great.
