Hi all!

We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

We’d like to kick things off with an extension of our $7.99 .COM transfer sale, the code “COMTRANS4” has been extended until 23:59 PST on May 31, and there’s no limit on how many domains you can transfer using the code. Every month we have great prices on a wide selection of domains, and you can find a full list of our sales here:

https://www.dynadot.com/sales.html

We’re also excited to share that our CEO, Todd Han, will be hosting an AMA (Ask Me Anything) right here on Namepros in the near future, with more information on a date and time coming soon.

Dynadot is an ICANN accredited domain name registrar and web host headquartered in San Mateo, California. Founded in 2002 by a software engineer, our primary focus is engineering and design excellence. Our custom written, state-of-the-art domain and hosting software is stable, fast, and easy to use. From humble beginnings, we have grown steadily and now are home to over 2.6 million domains.

Our goal is to provide our customers with world class registration and hosting services for a reasonable price. Most of our site is fully automated, allowing us to offer some of the lowest prices in the industry. At the same time we strive to provide excellent customer service, and helpful responses to all questions. If anything is not to your satisfaction, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

We individually respond to every email we receive - no cut and paste responses. Customer service is handled by highly trained customer service representatives that work closely with our software engineers, so you are likely to get an intelligent response to your question.

Hello everyone,

I am posting here out of absolute frustration because Dynadot's Abuse Department seems to be completely ignoring critical, active threats.

We are dealing with a highly sophisticated phishing ring targeting our brand. They are using Dynadot to register their credential harvesting sites (currently active: vegasslot848 com). We follow the rules. We fill out the official Dynadot abuse forms meticulously. But hours and days go by, and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happens.

The site stays up, and cybercriminals continue to seamlessly steal our users' login credentials, passwords, and financial data. This is not a simple copyright dispute; this is active, ongoing cybercrime, and Dynadot is moving at a snail's pace while real consumers are being robbed right under their noses.

The Issue (Geo-Cloaking):The attackers are using Geo-Cloaking. The actual phishing login form ONLY loads if you visit the site using a Turkey (TR) IP address. If you check it from a US or EU IP, it shows a fake "Cloudflare loading" page. We understand automated scanners might miss this, but we explicitly detailed this in our reports!

The Evidence:To prove how dangerous and blatant this is, I am attaching a real-time video recording (see attached video/link) captured via a TR proxy. It shows exactly how the site bypasses the fake loading screen and presents a cloned login page designed strictly for credential harvesting. We also have full DOM analysis and screenshots backing this up.

How many innocent users have to be hacked and robbed before Dynadot takes down a blatantly malicious domain? Is it normal for Dynadot to harbor financial theft operations for days after receiving complete, irrefutable evidence?

If the @Dynadot representative is reading this: Please step in immediately. Your abuse team's slow response is actively facilitating fraud. We need this escalated to the compliance team right now.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay, but I do see these reports were just sent yesterday/today to our abuse team. It does take a bit of time usually for our team to address and investigate abuse cases, but can't always promise it will be immediately as they take them as they come in.

However, I will escalate it to my team asap to see if we can take action as soon as possible!

hi,
I intended to register a domain through your website, but the crypto payment options are quite limited. All the available crypto options have extremely high fees. The best payment options would have been through TON or Gram , or BEP20. Your website's pricing is fair, but the limited crypto payment options discouraged me from completing the purchase.
We tried to have all the major options available on our site! But I can see if those would be a good fit for us, I just don't think we've had the request for any of those before.
