We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

Are you still running into any issues on the log-in page with CF? I haven't seen any internal reports that we're having issues but maybe it is a locational thing we haven't run into yet.
Yes, it seems to be working now...it must have been an area/region thing.

God this new apps driving me nuts. @Caleb Tweed when I search for a name from the home page (just an availability search to register) I can't then perform another search from the results page. I have to go back to the home page again. It's so poorly designed. Did someone bring their child to work and let them design the DD app?

Dyna have some bags but we should not complain because we remember what's happened with perfect Dan and Uni.

What area are you referencing sorry? As You can for sure search again from the results page.

So from the home page I can enter something in to the search field, press the "search" button that enters a drop down menu (why?) I then press "search" from that menu and it runs a search and I get results.

On that results page the "search" button/menu seems to have now lost its function. Pressing "search" enters the drop down as before but pressing "search" on this menu now only closes it but doesn't run a search.

I can use the search button on my phone keyboard though.

I think Dynadot are great pretty much all round. I just don't like the app.

I use web version. maybe better? did u try? I hate web version but its possible app even worse. once u see sav ui every ui is crap. but dyna especially with neat promos is now better than sav in prices.
if dyna had sav ui it would be top of top

the only people who like dyna ui are those who never saw better like sav. or who only used dyna all life. or who used even worse crap ui like namecheap gd namesilo etc

So @Caleb Tweed ,does Dynadot have a deal with bodis , where when a name expires on a first day ,they contact bodis to remove from the domain owners parking account and into Dynadot account with them ?

Dynadot then put a parking lander on the domain owners domain name. What happens when the owner renews the name and they get a UDRP about the parking displayed by Dynadot which may display ads that could lead to a UDRP?

To avoid this,I advise owners to renew their names but most sellers wait some days or weeks to renew and some, days.Names sell when expired and buyers go back to renew.

Please can you provide answers to my questions .

Dynadot is also telling Bodis to move domains that are put up for auction on Dynadot. I listed a few domains in their auction. Some did not sell, yet Dynadot still told Bodis to move them to their account. I've complained to Dynadot and Bodis about this before, yet nothing has been done.

Are they domains that you've listed for auction on our platform that are removed from your BODIS account, Or are these for the expired auctions?

Yeah we did, which is why I'm not sure what's going on as it sounds like its related to user auctions?

Ah this was actually updated the day after the request was made, I must've missed the update as I didn't think it would be that quick.

Could I suggest rewording the highlighted sentence as I'm having a lot of trouble making sense of it (particularly when the sentence above confirms that my account balance will automatically be used for payment) ?!...

Ah, seems to be missing a "There is" after 'as' and before 'less'. I'll get that fixed.

So it's letting you know that you have auto-pay with your account balance and we'll use that, but if there's not sufficient balance (or if you're using a card that gets declined), that we'll cancel the order if payment isn't received in time. You should have received a second email stating if the payment was received or declined right after.
