We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

@Caleb Tweed ,so today is the 23rd and a name expired 23rd and dynadot already put ads on the name .Seems this is the new route for dynadot and I can say Godaddy doesn't do this ,they give extra days and do not put any ads expired on same day like dynadot does .

Dynadot is going to cause a lot of UDRP cases and investors wouldn't know why this happened .But you are a risk at this point.

Moved names from Godaddy to you guys but it's time to move away for this reason .

As I end this ,name has been unlocked to be transferd away .I would be moving others as well this week .

I'm not keen on them putting ads on the day of expiry, though it doesn't affect me as I don't let anything expire. But, with that said, I'm a little confused. In your case, you're going to transfer out to avoid the issue. This will cost you a renewal. Why not just renew at Dynadot before the day of expiry and it'll cost you about the same, without the hassle of the transfer, and you get to stay with a quality registrar?...

I won a name at auction, as soon as the auction ended I got a watchlist notification saying the name was available to buy.

Turns out it was the old owners marketplace listing.

Support told me to wait for the name to hit my account then ask to have the listing removed.

Surely once a name expires or is auctioned off any existing listings should be automatically voided and removed.

That would be ideal. Though Afternic has never worked out how to do it!!

I'm a little confused. In your case, you're going to transfer out to avoid the issue.

I am just upset about how they are slowly becoming .

This will cost you a renewal.

Why not just renew at Dynadot before the day of expiry and it'll cost you about the same, without the hassle of the transfer, and you get to stay with a quality registrar?...

I had name in cart with other domains, days before and only discovered today, they couldn't wait for tomorrow to display their ads .

So expired domains actually can't be listed on the Dynadot marketplace at all, so the listing is most likely being pulled from Afternic's inventory which is why it shows as available. Support was suggesting requested the listing removed from Afternic as you'd need to verify it with them in order to remove it from their marketplace (and by extension, ours). If someone did purchase the domain, the order would be unsuccessful as you personally hadn't listed the domain for sale or accepted the Fast Transfer.

I'm sorry you feel that way, but I will mention that that is always how our system has worked with the Dynadot Parking pages being applied as soon as expiration hits! We have made no change in that regard.

Account locked once again.My passwords are not working.Also when I clicked on the forgot password link in my email,I received a message that :" There was a problem with resetting password: You cannot use this page to reset your password because password change time expired".The second time I requested a password reset is when I received the message that my account was locked.

Oh I haven't heard of that before, our landers do have SSLs auto applied so it should show as secure! If you get it again could you screenshot the error message I can pass on to my engineers? (I'll pass it on regardless but the actual error usually helps deduce the problem). Thanks for the heads up!

That's not related, however. This is about antivirus solutions that are blocking parked pages as category.

It didn't load for me on the first attempt, but then redirected me to a different login page, I clicked login and the Cloudflare loaded fine and I am in...

Just logged out, cleared cookies, logged back in and there was no noticable delay or any issues that I could see. I am Southeastern USA (NC) currently 11:30 AM EDT.

Are you still running into any issues on the log-in page with CF? I haven't seen any internal reports that we're having issues but maybe it is a locational thing we haven't run into yet.
