We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

I always used web version.

I hate complex ui.. it's about efficiency. that's why sav ui so good for me. but now thet have new ui so maybe more complex. ididnt even try

also sav prices up. now com price sucks. and io up but bit less than dyna.

my main names are com io

For some reason your devs have the scroll bars on the Dynadot site set to super duper tiny. It's not a browser setting - it's unique to the Dynadot site. When I view my portfolio (because it's a very long page) the scroll bar ends up being literally just a dot that I can barely grab with my mouse pointer (and I frequently miss it). It's a real annoyance. To be clear, this happens on Chrome and Edge, but not Firefox. Please, please could you ask them to set the scroll bar size to default rather than whatever custom setting they are using?...

Why doesn't Dynadot allow for backup security keys?

Every other registrar that implements security keys allows you to register however many security keys you want. So if you lose the one on your keychain (or if it breaks) you can use the one you've stashed away.



This is the one feature that prevents me from moving the bulk of my domains to Dynadot.

Also, a passkey feature would be nice.

Is Dyna down for anyone else? Here on East Coast it is not functioning.

ADD/EDIT: It is back...only gone for about 3 mins or so

Just to confirm, you prefer the larger one that shows on firefox, correct? If so I'll have the devs take a look at changing that.

Would you want to have one has the primary and another set as the secondary if the first is unavailable? Or them both be equally be able to unlock the account at anytime.

The latter. When I'm at home I should be able to use the key that's inserted in my computer (and within arm's reach) and if I want to access my account from work or my phone I can use the key on my key chain.

There's no need to discriminate between them. If I ever lose a key I'd will immediately log in with one my other keys to disable the lost key and probably buy a new one to replace it.

I don't like the SMS and Authenticator options because those are tied to your phone. And if my phone was to get stolen then it's pretty much over. Plus, SMS is not a particularly secure option compared to the other two.

It's way to busy. Too many menus in different places. Icons that don't really indicate what they represent. It's not at all intuitive. Just too much going on.

Is there a reason it was overhauled? For me it was fine as it was really. Now we have to learn it all over again and I don't think I can be arsed lol.

I'll pass your feedback along! Maybe we can get a toggle or something for certain windows.

Yep. As much as the smaller one might look nicer (particularly on the horizontal scroll bar), functionality is much more important in this case.

Account locked once again.My passwords are not working.Also when I clicked on the forgot password link in my email,I received a message that :" There was a problem with resetting password: You cannot use this page to reset your password because password change time expired".The second time I requested a password reset is when I received the message that my account was locked.

@Caleb Tweed ,so today is the 23rd and a name expired 23rd and dynadot already put ads on the name .Seems this is the new route for dynadot and I can say Godaddy doesn't do this ,they give extra days and do not put any ads expired on same day like dynadot does .

Dynadot is going to cause a lot of UDRP cases and investors wouldn't know why this happened .But you are a risk at this point.

Moved names from Godaddy to you guys but it's time to move away for this reason .


Thank you for the times you guys were not putting ads on same day a name expired but even with the innovation you guys are bringing, you are slowly towing a path that would bring me problems by putting your ads same day a domain expires .

As I end this ,name has been unlocked to be transferd away .I would be moving others as well this week .

I won a name at auction, as soon as the auction ended I got a watchlist notification saying the name was available to buy.

Turns out it was the old owners marketplace listing.

Support told me to wait for the name to hit my account then ask to have the listing removed.

Surely once a name expires or is auctioned off any existing listings should be automatically voided and removed.
