I already got an offer $200 for this domain and the buyer says he maybe be able to pay more which he considers a lowball offer. So what you guys think should be a good selling price

Did they mention anything about getting an appraisal?

well let me say it was an offering section because he was the first offer so I am guessing he wanted secure the domain like the offers section of certain forums some members do that

The word order is awkward as is the singular form of 'hotel', therefore I would suggest you focus on selling to the buyer who made the offer. Three words that have little apparent development value due to stated reasons.

If you can get more than $200 here, you are the David Copperfield of Namepros. Best of luck, why not shoot for the moon? Counter at $600.

If buyer offers $200 to you.. I would say sell it. :imho:

As Microguy said counteroffer with high amount..

But beware there are lot of scam offers around.
Dont waste any penny on appraisal scam........
