Domains and the value of content

Selling some aged (3-4years old) parked domains that were formally small niche websites. Selling them without content on sedo.

I do have content available though. Currently I am listing them for sale on sedo without content though.

Being new to domain sales I thought I would inquire with experienced domainers what they think is the best way to sell domains like this is?

- As is - domain name only
- Domain name + available content.

With 150-200 pages of available content, it seems like a waste to me to not use it in some capacity, or pass on to future owners.

Having a so developed site I am wodering why aren't you taking advantage of it, however you are the most right since a developed site is way more expensive than a single domain, unless it is sold for the merit of the traffic then the content of the website is irrelevant as the new owner only cares about the amount of people that will be visiting the domain in the future.

try and sell it as a developed site through Flippa, or you can try and sell it on here on the 'Developed sites for sale' thread. Your will need traffic stats and proof on revenue if any.

Thanks for the input, I did not clarify enough though. It is many domains that add up to the 185-200 pages of content. Small niche (5-20 pages per site) domains..that were used for affiliate programs.

No offense to this site, but I am reluctant to post domains up for sale here, where in my opinion we are all mostly domainers looking for a deal, instead I want to find end users who are looking for those specific key word sites.
