4 domains with almost the same content

I have 4 domains that could possibly have the same content (with some slight variations to the content). The site that has the original content developed by me is virusinfection.info. I want to upload the same content to:

malwareinfection.info
malwareinfection.com
spywareinfection.info

Would google have a problem with this since it would be seen at duplicate content?

Yes it would.

What you could do is rewrite your content for each of these sites. That will help your sites not to be seen as 'duplicate content' sites.
