Hello,
New here and have a question about current practices for selling domains. If you have a domain that's been around for a while, and it's time to sell, is it better to park the domain or keep the old content on there? (At least one of the sites in question is fairly high traffic but the content itself is still old and not updated.)
I've seen some people put up advertisements or use Adsense to try and monetize the domain before its sold. And I suppose you could also pull the entire site down, but I'm not sure if that would benefit anything...
I experimented a bit with buying domains back almost 20 years ago, and I held on without selling but now it's time to move on. Since the domains I'm selling don't really have active, current sites on them I'm trying to determine the best way to present them for sale.
