Domain Name (Sent XX/XX/XX) <- What is up with those?

Hi,
I have been receiving a few emails in different mailbox with different name and company information that follows by the following format:
Is it some kind of spam or what? Because to find it EXACTLY the same format seems kind of suspicious to me. The bold line is the most weird and suspicious part to me. I love really appreciate if someone can explain or have any information on my newbie question. Thanks a lot.
P.S. I apologize if it has already been asked. I did search but didn't find similar email to the one below.

have a nice read, they will seem interested in your domains and then ask you to appraise them through a company they trust being their company, then after you pay for the appraisals they will dissapear, never pay for an appraisal, if they are interested in purchasing your names then they can pay for the appraisal as well.
