If you create a logo and a generic template first?

I have been wondering aout this, and the I think the two biggest issues are:

PRO: Gives a buyer a little more bang for the buck
CON: The logo/template might not be anything like what the buyer has in mind

Considering these two things, what do you all think about trying to sell domain names this way?

I think the issue you brought up, of the logo/template not being anything like what the buyer has in mind is key. I think it may help for some low end domains, but for the premium ones I don't think it would have an effect.

Sell the domain and include a logo/template that the buyer needs/wants. Negotiation is the key word. If you can make a logo or template the potential buyer wants/needs it could increase the price he is willing to pay.

Good points, thanks... I was thinking of trying this out for some lower end domains and then try to sell them on eBay... I may experiment with a few in the near future...
