Domain Transfers... Does it kill SEO Value?

Hi, I was wondering when transferring domains from 1 registrar to another, does it kill its SEO value. I'm think it does not affect the value of the domain you could sell to an end user. But SEO?

What do you think...

from my experience,it doesn't count at all
you rank for your content and the links pointing to the content, registar doesn't play any role,
you may lose a little traffic until all the dns servers are updated

If you change the dns and the google bot try to access your site and its down, you ca loose some points but nothing scary here.

Ofcourse not. I have done so many transfers and my rankings never went down

Aren't we all aware that after the last changes google doesn't attribute so much importance to the domain name seowise?
In my experience it doesn't affect the Seo .

dns, stays the same during transfer.

but disruption could occur when changing or uploading files from one host to another, when a website is attached.
