I managed to get my hands on a copy of the google quality rater guidelines, these are the internal systems and methods that google ask their human quality raters to look for when rating a site. It's pretty handy and interesting information to have if your building any kind of website.

Yes I'm one of the worlds great spammers you see collecting them 2 at a time via forums I think by the end of the week I might have 10 emails so I can go on a spamming blitz
