advice How do I maximize my Google Adsense earnings on my Proxy Website?

So I have a website called WWW[dot]Freeopenproxy[dotcom] and I've had approximately 1.6K views in 3 days. But my google earnings have only been $1 in those 3 days. The person who sold me the website made approximately $100 per month based on google adsense. Is there a particular reason for this and something I could do to make the CPC stronger?

@lord bendtner Correct me if Im wrong but Adsense does not allow framing other peoples content.

I think the seller might was not very honest about the site you bought.
