How to do Website content serach

I have developed a website and wants to use Website content Search .

It should display Result based on search criteria.

Like http://www.searchtools.com/search/index.html

But I don't want any Add (Google) and have no money to pay.

I have no idea how to do.

all the contents are static.

Yah - so all your content is in html files - thats what i meant. Its not pulled dynamically from a database depending on the querystring. Does your server support ASP?

All the data is static and no data from Database/file.
