howdy.... this is my 3rd mention of this... so it goes back a while now...
frankly, I do not understand how you see no urgency in fixing this. I mean what is the purpose of alowing people to have a public folio link, if you are going to randomly cut and cap the number of domains in it at 500.

any chance you can fix this.. or if not, then to prevent viewers of such folios from being misled with incomplete list of domains, perhaps you can consider disable this feature completely? at least for people with more than 500 domains.. so others are not affected or upset. ty.

Thank you for the reminder.

As indicated before, the product team was made aware of and has it listed for improvement. However, we have quite a list of aspects we would like to change and prioritize them accordingly. For the time being, it is not required to deactivate it as you can personally disable your public portfolio when desired.

@DAN.COM @LaszloSchenk Got a dilemma here. 1 domain stuck in a bad deal just because of a bad registrar that doesn't allow an easy push. Buyer doesn't want to complete registering on that registrar. 2 months later I sent the auth code via DAN chat window but it seems buyer no longer cares. And now I'm stuck at this point. It's a 3-word name sold at $30 only so there's no way I would want to renew this name when the expiry date comes, but I can't sell it anywhere else because the deal is considered to be still ongoing since buyer already paid.

What can be done about this?

I'm confused what the purpose of "redirect" option is for. Can you please explain in simple terms as possible? What are the advantages/disadvantages and how does it affect the landing page experience for the potential buyer? Thanks

The difference is that with the redirect enabled your buyers are granted to benefits of a chat support. All users who use the redirect on average experience higher sales as their users can submit any questions they might have before purchase. In turn, our support can take their doubts away ensuring the purchase will be made.

Are you aware that the chat support icon does not appear when using AdBlock, AdGuard or other ad blocking browser extensions? This seems problematic for DAN chat intended support functionality due to the fact that over 20% of internet users today use some sort of ad blocking tools.

Seems like DAN should figure out a solution to this so the chat function works regardless of ad blockers.

DAN would be well positioned to surpass Flippa for domain marketplace sales if an auction option is introduced for sellers. Flippa platform has needed improvement for sometime but they seem to be focusing more on websites/business brokering than domains at this point.

We have tested several ad-blockers and the chat load on all of them. What ad-blocker are you using? It might be best to contact me directly through support. Unfortunately, we cannot cover all ad-blockers due to a variety of configurations that block the chat for example.

seems u charge an extra 1-2% everytime u payout in btc.
thats on top of the 9% or the 5% (add lead)... is there truly nothing that can be done to eliminate this extra charge on your end... or to avoid confusion (and I was confused why i never get the right amount... ie: sale price minus your fee), can you mention there is extra charge for btc payout somewhere on site. ty.

p.s. can u confirm this additonal charge is not there when buyers want to pay using btc? ty.

Hi @DAN.COM , your seo is so powerful.. I have developed one of com but after adding it on the marketplace I am getting a bad SERP in Google. so I decided to delete it from the Dan. but I want to sell it and develop. so I need an donotfollow option for Google algorithm. is it possible?

Using AdGuard AdBlocker (adguard.com) browser extensions. Tested with chrome, firefox and edge. I don't think I have a custom filter that's blocking it. Just using default popular filters. They likely have a "whitelist" exception request feature for devs on their site. Not sure. Hope this helps.

Hi, I have recently noticed that only 42 of my Domains show on my profile, out of the 50 that I have. These domains are also unsearchable on Dan. Anyone else had this issue.

I have noticed if you update domains in your account, for example, price, then they disappear from the search for 30 minutes or so. They come back after some time.

Not too far a stretch from "best offers" to "bids" on a domain with minimum offer price set. :)

But since yesterday, upon single click on price boxes, the text box enables, and after that we have to again do a single click in order to get the typing cursor in the text box, and that experience is taking time when deal with bulk of domains.

Please look into this and help get this resolved at the earliest.
