I bought an old fashioned bubble gum dispenser on amazon and the glass globe broke. I started to hunt around for a replacement and could not figure out where the customer service was for the company.

In the end I found it at: https://teamcustomerservice.com/our-brands

Notice the domain TEAM CUSTOMER SERVICE .COM

The company lists all their brands under one customer service domain. When you open a service ticket it prompts you for which brand name, order number etc.

What a magnificent use for a customer service domain!!!!

Really makes me appreciate the price customerservice.com would be worth.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a company doing things so right, it almost makes me wonder if there is a domainer somehow attached to that company.

And the customer service team sent me an immediate reply saying they are closed on the weekend but will respond Monday.

Like clockwork they responded on monday.

So not only a good domain, but good service as well.
