Just because it's only fair for things to work both ways (since we've had the occasional "Moniker Customer Service Sucks" thread), I'd like to say that I've noticed Moniker customer service improve dramatically in the past few months. Gone are the days of 2 week support requests, etc. Everything seems to be getting handled promptly, courteously and within a reasonable time frame.
If they get their customer service house in order, I can see them ripping godaddys face off amongst intermediate to more serious portfolio holders.
