No one seems to care about any other names except CHIPS?

I am not a CHIPS person as I cannot predict the trend of chips in the future so I stick with what I know well for the moment (So I can sleep at night!!!)

Just sold an LLL .us yesterday on Afternic for $1,000 after listing here and no one wants to offer even $50 but I can sleep at night with my non chips.

Beside with chips crazy pricing it would take a lot of money to invest so I stay out for now.

If a 5L buyout happens the 4L price will spike by about 10-20% this would be a perfect time to sell and wait for correction. Rinse and repeat IMO

This is one of the true story about bubble maker that Chinese people made in one of the Asian country 35 years ago.

- They go out and buy all the salt they can at the normal price
- Once they have enough in inventory they spread the news that there is a shortage of salt and BUY A SMALL AMOUNT of salt at double or triple the normal price to create a false short in demand
- They then turn around and sell the ones that they bought at regular price to make a nice profit.

They have been famous of doing this for a long time not only in salt but sugar, eggs, etc...

What if you replace the word "salt" with "domain"?

I don't know - that's why I am not a chips fan - but if you think you can make money then do it.

No need to think john. We are already making money with the chips. And we have made lots of money with these chips in the past 2-3 months.

And it's not a bubble. It's just a start of a long term domain game. Chinese are long term investors. We are going to see strong upward movement in domains in 2016. No doubt about it.

Yup, as well as those who fabricate their Chip holdings which they hope will give credibilty to their utterances that they will be dumping these domains.

The truth is, either one has them or one does not. If one doesn't have them, talking about dumping domains which one doesn't have will not result in others that have them to sell them off. I don't even know why these elborate stories are being created in this thread as well as other threads with hopes of doing what? To affect the price because they missed the train/don't want to participate? Price is determined by the market-not by working oneself up of what one doesn't have.

Most of us who have 4L.com chips or non-chips have had these for years and years-I can't see how the concerns of those who don't have these domains should affect the strategy of whoever else has them. So now we must all of a sudden sell them off because someone else wants to tell us what price we should be happy with? haha- this is crazy.

This "bubble" story is repeated over and over again, and the pushers of these stories are only upsetting themselves for no good reason. I'm concerned that they will end up getting a heart-attack from the strain they are placing on themselves. :D

Exactly right. They might not accept but it's in their subconscious mind that everyone is investing and earning with Chips but they are just watching the show without being part of it.
