Cant transfer out domain name from namescout.comnamescout

Hi there!

I have domain name bjyzk.com, which expire on 07/13/10
Right now its registered on namescout.com, I planned to move it out on dynadot.com (because it have better pricing).

But when I tried to do it, I got error

We are unable to find the Whois informatino for bjyzk.com. Can you please contact your previous registrar regarding this?

Also when I checked
http://whois.domaintools.com/bjyzk.com
My whois was blank.

When I check
Whois Lookup
I got error

Could not connect to registrar whois server: whois.domains2register.ca.

Similar errors I got when I tried to get whois on couple other domain name registrars, so its looks like error on namescout.com side.

I tried to contact their support and after 3 days I got such an answer.

We're investigating why the data isn't displaying properly at third party whois searches. In the meantime, you can use
http://www.namescout.com/whois.asp?domain=bjyzk.com&wserver=whois.Namescout.com for a full check of the whois information.

And at the end of the mail I founded

Category Level 1: Domain Transfer
Category Level 2: Registrar Transfer
Category Level 3: Transfer Out

So its sound like "We dont want to fix it, because we doesn't consider its being a problem", which means that I will not be able to transfer out domain. Any suggestion for solving this problem?

Might want to remind them of the Registrar agreement they signed.
