A registrar with bulk transfer optout?

I am totally new to registering domains and need some advice on choosing a registrar.

Ideally, I am looking for a registrar that offers the following:

1. the ability for individuals to opt out of their whois info being sold as bulk transfer.

2. a privacy policy that does not stipulate permission to transfer data to credit reference agencies.

3. WHOIS privacy service

I would prefer an ICANN registrar. It seems all UK based registrars fail on point 2.

Looking forward to your recommendations as it will save me reading through reams of legalese.
