Can't access GoDaddy auctions account

Hi,
the problem is that I can't access godaddy auctions account. After logging it takes me to the page support.godaddy.com/help/category/239/go-daddy-auctions

I usually buy many expired domains and don't remember such a thing. I need to pay for 3 domains that I won. Maybe I overdued the payment? I won the domains 3 days ago. But I don't see any issue about it in my account.
It tells me that I have "No Significant Issues". And I don't see any message that my auction account is temporarily suspended.
