I own it for long time. If they trademarked "foods", can they get from me "food"?

If you use it or have ads for anything related to food service, sales of gourmet food, and whatever else is in the goods and services class that registration specifies, probably. "Confusingly similar" - One letter won't save you.

The TM was filed in 1996, according to the WHOIS, it looks like the domain was only registered on 14 July 2013

Stay away from TM names, always check for TM's when you are going to register a name like this.
