Just so you know it really doesn't cost that much for a trademark. It costs 225 USD to file for the US. I have two trademarks

Just on the off chance that anyone is taking the OP seriously, then do understand that @whoadomains does not understand how to interpret data in the USPTO database, and that many of the things posted in the OP are NOT registered trademarks in the United States.

Unfortunately, the OP makes no distinction among figurative registrations with disclaimers, pending applications which are not registered, pending applications which are involved in opposition proceedings, and even pending applications which have been refused and are waiting to have their status updated to abandoned.

To take one example, let's have a look at US TM Reg. No. 5526796, which is 229 on the list in the OP:

The mark is for the the two colored logo - and the colors are claimed as a feature of the mark. Not only that, but as you can see from the text I've pointed out, the letters "IOT" themselves are DISCLAIMED as a mark, apart from the way they are shown in that registration.

As pointed out above, filing fees for registration of a simple mark in one classification can be as low as $225. Many companies have in-house capability for that. No one pays $2500 - $5000 to file a trademark registration application. What's "crazy" is believing it costs that much.

But, as illustrated in another thread on which I've commented today, it does help to know what you are doing. Among other things, it helps to know what sort of description of the goods/services would be appropriate to your use or intent-to-use. Examining attorneys all have their own preferences, but you can avoid some predictable issues up front. There is a cost for "knowing where to put the chalk mark" as in the old story.

Here's another example of how the OP is misleading you.

You see this one:

Let's have a look at the actual registration...

Again, looking at the actual registration, it is clear that the registration itself is evidence of a LACK of rights in the phrase "IOT Community" which is expressly disclaimed as a mark apart from the logo shown in the registration.

Now, your first clue that it is not a registered trademark is that there is only one number - 88109374 - after the list index 56. That's an application number.

The ones which are registered have the registration number after the application number, like the two mentioned above this post.

Let's take a quick look at this one:

Now, one thing to notice is that it was filed in September 2018, and still isn't registered. Even if you don't know much about trademarks, that might suggest to you that the application has had some issues.

And, indeed, one of those issues is that the application was refused (for the second time) in July 2019. The owner forgot to respond to that action. The application went abandoned, and was revived in January 2020, and in February, the Examining Attorney AGAIN maintained the refusal on grounds of descriptiveness:

Descriptiveness Refusal

Now, the other thing you'll notice is that the most recent refusal which, itself, incorporates the argument from previous refusals you can read at the link above, was issued on February 18, 2020.

That means a response is due by July 18, 2020. If there is no response, then the application will be deemed abandoned. You'll be able to see in the database whether a response was filed a few days after that. If no response is filed, then the cleanup process will probably come along to formally note it as abandoned a couple of weeks after that.

This is a troubled, multiply-refused application filed by someone who doesn't know what he's doing. It is not a registered trademark of any kind.
