Hello,

Once your domains have been added to your Bodis account and their DNS information has been set to our parking server, no further action is needed.

If your domains are displaying "Inactive" within Manage Domains, this is simply because they have not received visitors as of yet. However, domains will update to display a status of "Active" within 24 hours of receiving visitors.

Reports are updated every 3 hours and so any traffic you've received during that time will be displayed within the Performance Reports page.

I created a support ticket, but Bodis didn't sent me any confirmation email, and I can't find where to view the support ticket I created.

Is it normal? Or I'm missing something?

Hello,

When logged into your Bodis account, your support tickets can be accessed by clicking the mail icon to the top right of your screen.

This will automatically forward you to the Message Center.

I added about 6 domains to my account onl 2accts have been active but the other 4 are still inactive for the past 5 days, worst of all I've received just 3 visitors with no revenue. i can't understand it, please help...!!

If a domain name has a status of "Inactive", this simply means that we have not recorded any visitor activity within the past 30 days.

Also, please bare in mind that domain names on our primary ad feed do need to receive ad clicks from your visitors in order to begin generating revenue.
