Andro - the system always uses automatic keywords somewhere on the page. The system starts off by using the master keyword to generate these automatic related keywords. If there isn't, it uses our own system-derived keywords based on the domain name.

When using custom keywords, you are only adding related keywords to the landing page. You don't actually replace automatic. But custom keywords would always appear above the automatic keywords.

If you had 20 custom keywords, then the automatic would never appear on the landing page.

I've noticed when looking at the bodis.com main page that some domains I got rid of a long time ago still show up in the Domains for Sale/Top Domains. When I clicked on one (a misspelled stinker I bought by mistake) pregnacy dot info, it gave an error page. Can this be fixed?

In my opinion automatic keywords not always work properly. When there are proper keywords than domains earn. Proper mean keywords are expected, automatic keywords are compatible with custom, we see proper ads. When there are not proper automatic keywords then domains often don't earn and ads are strange. We can't do anything with this, we can't change automatic keywords.

For people who work much with domain optimalization should be option to swith off automatic keywords for chosen domains, or automatic keywords should never appear on the landing page if we have 5 custom keywords, because 20 is too many.

If a template uses 20 keywords, we can't display 5 otherwise half the template is empty.

Secondly, if you put the relevant automatic keywords, you'll get relevant related keywords.

As of right now I see the opposite of what you explained. The majority of new users, especially those that don't speak English well, set completely irrelevant master keywords - which hurts their revenue, drops their conversion score, and sometimes even gets their domains banned.

The only reason why custom keywords would still do better is if you want to use a language other than English.

Really with the multi lingual system around the corner, you're best off just adding domains without any keywords to avoid any problems.

But again - with custom keywords - most people would make more setting proper master keywords than setting their own custom keywords. 90% of custom keyword entries on Bodis system hurt people's revenue.

One person I knew swore that custom is so much better. I reset his custom, he saw increase in revenue - don't hear him arguing about this topic anymore since.

What's the difference between a Master Keyword and a Custom Keyword? I thought, when we set a keyword for a domain we were setting the Master Keyword? So what is a Custom Keyword?

Custom keywords are when you click the domain on the Manage Domains page, there is box on top where you can switch from Auto to Custom. That lets you set the related keywords on the landing page 1 by 1.

I really do not recommend it unless you are sure something will make much more. I do not recommend making any guesses.

The down time lasted for about 10-20 minutes. They should be up. Again another problem at the data center that I am not getting any answers to.

I am not seeing what you are seeing.

You are probably caught by the anti spam filter if you've requested a parked page more than 1000 times within last 2-3 days. All I'll need is your IP address so that I can unblock you.

2. Do the parking pages change according the visitors country (language)?
3. At Bodis, which countries are supported or not supported regarding traffic that comes from that country? Is there a list or some coloured World map?

I started using Bodis in 2007 but then stopped after the earnings dropped to almost zero. I was so disappointed with Bodis it took me 2.5 years to come back and look again. So how does it work now? Has anybody compared sedo, google adsense for domains and bodis? How would these 3 compare?

I have started moving domains to Bodis and I must say, that the overall performance is good. I have seen revenue increases for most of the domains, which had been parked with the big parking companies before.

I am not seeing anything specific and overall it is quite steady from my end. But summer days and weekends can quite possibly play a big role.

To answer erdinc's questions:

Currently the pages do not change by location although that is in the works. All countries are supported with excellent coverage.

No parked ads are pulling up; just categories and related searches, but no ads right now. Anyone else having the same problem?
